Lucky Tail Tracking Order Status

I initially had a bad experience - went to an Australian dog grooming site and their link to lucky tail took me to the US site which was not clear so I ended up paying more than I thought as the price was USD not AUD. But that is not Lucky's fault. However having placed the order and received a confirmation that it would ship in 2-3 days here I am 9 days later with no information at all

It's sad to read all the bad reviews. I hope the company sort it because it is a great nail grinder. Not noisy. My two dogs aren't 100% comfortable with it but we're getting there. Product is great. Very easy to use. Customer service was great. It wouldn't accept my discount but customer service applied it straight away. No problems here

The best grinder I ever had in my life. My Charlie is so calm during this procedure. Have only positive feedback about it: it came very quickly (ordered via Amazon), I like premium feeling of materials and works very silent. Worth every penny!

Bought a LuckyTail grinder for my dog Teddy few months ago. Was surprised by the quality of the product - from packaging to the device itself. I just did the second grinding session and it works really well. Teddy is a large mixed-breed dog and enjoys silent and calm grinding process. Extra hard grinding heads come in handy. Recommended!

Perfect nail grinder. This grinder is really quiet especially comparing with other grinders in the market. Have I mentioned it's super quiet? :D LOVE IT!
