I tried their Bye Bye Bloat, but it caused more gas. I had not changed anything about my diet/eating habits other than adding this to my regimen. There are no refunds for opened products, even those that cause problems. I wrote a review on the website and verified it as required, but it mysteriously disappeared. I suspect they cherry pick the reviews and possible stagger bad ones until they are older so that only the good reviews appear on the first page.
