Great customer service from Gary! So relieved to hear back from Love health hate waste after reading the reviews on here and having a late parcel I dreaded that no one would get back to me, however I raised an issue and it was resolved promptly and personably so for others out there reading the slew of negative ones on here, I want to balance it out. Yes, they hadn't communicated with me beyond the first acceptance email, even though my tracking was still on checking the order two days after latest delivery day. I emailed them and they got back to me off a personal email! Yes a real individual that dealt with my issue and they assured me it would be sent out that evening or the day after. Gary also took the time to reassure and chat to me about on going issues, it was cool of him. So the email does work, in my experience they do respond, of course problems will occur, of course they've missed some emails and there have been some late damaged parcels as I'm sure there have been with every company I.e amazon, who also have a 1.7 star rating on here; but generally I think these are a great company and there discounts and products are second to none! Been ordering since 2015. Yes, as others have mentioned, they sometimes do remove items from orders due to shortfalls in stock, and yes, I have witnessed a couple of delays on my orders. Having said this, I've always been refunded for items removed from orders (without asking) and most of my orders have arrived on-time. I think they must have moved warehouse or something a couple of years back because the packaging and sending address are different to what they used to be. Since they did this, I've had no damages (touch wood!) on my orders. Prior to this, the packaging was a bit dubious! And I had quite a number of damages. All in all though, some amazing bargains.

#58577This order empty . We have tried 3 emails and one tweet and we are still awaiting a response. Dreadful customer service . I expect a generic response on this platform exactly as the others I have read from this company . After ordering regularly previously I shan’t use again disappointed,avoid . UPDATE PLEASE READ After writing this review I was contacted directly by the company , they asked for some proof of what had happened which I gave them. It would appear the Royal Mail have lost the contents of the shipment. I can not fault the way in which this unfortunate incident was then dealt with . They refunded two items which were missing and not in stock and sent the item I had ordered plus a complementary one to make up for the inconvenience. I suggested that as I had contacted them through their contact us system 3 times and they have no record of it there might be a glitch in the system, ( this was apparently confirmed by their IT). So my advice if you are struggling to get in contact through their website link is to email them directly. My issues were dealt with quickly and fairly once contact was made

**Two last orders were delivered in a timely manner and communication has vastly improved. I really hope things will stay this way** I am waiting for a response and a refund for over £100 worth of products for over 3 weeks now. No response whatsoever, when am I going to get my money back?!! ***Hello there, for the last order you owe me £69.5 and as I would not order just these two products, which I have received, I would like to be refunded for the delivery and well, especially since 3 products were missing from my previous order, which makes delivery very expensive. I have ordered these products when they were available on your website in much higher quantity than what I ordered, just to make sure I receive them. Please look into fixing your stocking system, as it is really disappointing, especially considering how tricky it is to communicate with you. Love Health Hate Waste is brilliant and glad I found them!! My new go too for some of my shopping. Since using this company have had no complaints at all. The few queries I had, being one for some products received damaged and another for ordering products then being out of stock, have always been dealt with professionally and efficiently by staff and refunded (Danielle in particular has been very friendly and helpful - Thanks Danielle) I also recently ordered something in error and got a response back very quickly stating my request was received and product will be removed from my order and a refund to be issued. Have REALLY enjoyed all the products ordered so far and such a big selection too, but have to order quick as things go very fast. I feel this company are doing a great job with saving products that are absolutely fine, but due to past best before dates or damaged may have gone to land fill. Will hopefully continue to use them, as have a chance also to try good, often organic products at heavily discounted prices that I would otherwise not have bought due to being too expensive. Keep up the good work!!!
