Don’t order from Loungefly.com. Horrible service. I ordered a backpack and received a purse and 3 wallets. Just got an email saying unfortunately item is out of stock for a refund please return items that were sent in error for refund. Item was in stock when I ordered it and got an order confirmation. Got a return label for the back pack I never received 🤷‍♀️

Irresponsible customer service and quality assurance

Purchasers should know that LoungeFly offers no warranty, provides no customer service in the event of a problem with their products, and will not address any product quality issues. The zipper on my knapsack broke after a month and here was their reply: "we do not currently offer a warranty on our products and are not able to exchange or replace items". Their suggestions were to have the zipper repaired at my own expense ($200) or return it to the retailer, which was not an option. Frustrating and irresponsible.
