I am beyond frustrated with Lorna Jane's shipping Department. I have placed multiple orders with the correct shipping address, and none of my packages have made it to me without issue. I am still waiting for an order that I placed a month ago, and I have even paid extra for three-day service, and yet I still have to go pick up my packages from UPS. I have done the online chat thing, and it is so impersonal. I prefer to speak to a customer representative on the phone. No one has reached out to me to remedy the situation.

Terrible customer service! I've never experienced such bad customer service, especially with a high-end apparel brand. I purchased over $300 online and my package was delivered in a damaged condition where some items were lost. I contacted LJ immediately and they basically told me that it is not their responsibility the second after my order left their warehouse. They expected me to contact the delivery carrier and file a claim on my own and they will NOT do anything to help me with this issue.

What a terrible and borderline dishonest company to deal with. I purchased a few items "on sale" online as their location in Las Vegas is now closed (now I know why). Their return policy is ridiculous. For online purchases their site states "Sale* items (excluding items advertised as ‘final’ or ‘warehouse sale’) can be returned for either an exchange or gift voucher." However, when my wife tried on a few of the items, they did not fit. When we tried to return them they told me the items were not available for return. Sorry but it wasn't clear as we were checking out that any of the items we had purchased were final sale items. The funny thing is we just wanted to exchange the items and would have spent a lot more money with them. Considering the cost of their products, this is a very bad policy and they will continually struggle to retain customers. The fact that you can't contact them directly via phone should tell you all you need to know. Again, any high end company worth their mettle won't treat customers like that. Instead I'm left with merchandise that doesn't fit and I feel like I've been robbed. Thanks Lorna Jane!
