I’ve had one bad experience out of 5. Just make sure you follow up with a phone call and expect to be on hold for 20 mins if your delivery hasn’t arrived after a week. Dont do what I did and wait for nearly 4 weeks for it…

Like the previous review I would never have ordered if I'd had read these reviews first. I ordered 2nd Oct and then came across these reviews so I never expected to receive my new machine. An email was received about a delay and then another that it had been despatched and yet still I had my doubts. However the parcel was received today and all was complete. I can't vouch for their customer service department which maybe bad and maybe the actual coffee machine will break down in 3 month's time but so far I have no complaints which is 100% better than was expected. The £59 offer was a great deal for 150 cups of coffee so if it breaks down in a couple of months time then sobeit. I rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to in this instance and it may surprise you but according to trustpilot Nespresso seem to be just as bad.

I checked here for L’OR espresso after purchasing the Barista Sublime bundle. If I had checked first I wouldn’t have ordered! However contrary to the other reviews my machine and all of the pods arrived complete this afternoon, very happy with it! The deal does seem too good to be true and judging by the reviews seems like a scam but I must have been a lucky one as I’m very happy with my order!

Machine arrived and so far, so good. Ordered pods and got completely the wrong order. They ignore emails, social DMs and phone is off the hook or you get cut off after 30 mins. Your customer service function is letting you down massively, read all the reviews. Such a failure!

Ordered Barista Sublime machine. Was faulty when trying for first time. Good customer service in that they offered immediate refund so I could "order another if you want". Ordered another only to be advised delivery would be delayed. No indication of for how long. Contacted customer service via email and no response. So now waiting and waiting for either word or a coffee machine. Disappointed.
