Loop Earplugs Tracking Order Status

Op zich goede oordoppen (quit). Helaas zijn mijn gehoorgangen zo klein dat zelfs de xs nog te groot is voor mij. Binnen een paar minuten ‘liggen’ de oordoppen weer los in mijn oorschelp. Die eerste paar minuten dat ze nog in mijn oren zitten werken ze goed. Ik raadt ze dus wel aan, echter niet bij te kleine gehooringangen 😘

My order got lost, they were great to deal with and they sent out a replacement order right away. Good customer service but I was very disappointed because I paid extra shipping costs for a reason. I'm hoping the product is worth the wait.

Purchased Loop Zen Quiet as I have a new neighbour next door whose dog constantly barks both inside and outside the house and drives us to distraction. Loop Quiet has been my saving grace and after a little delay in arrival, I’ve been using them regularly and feeling the benefit. Thankyou Loop!

The customer service is just the best. Somebody from the post office unfortunately stole my order (in Polish post office), I told Loop team what happened and they immediately got into action. I was not expecting anything as this is not their fault, but the send me an extra pair without hesitation and always where nice and helpful
