LOOK Optic Tracking Order Status

Received my order right away but the item in the box is not what I ordered. Contacted them and received a reply right away. Told me the correct item was shipped and should be delivered to me the next day. Here we are a week later and no glasses. I have emailed 3x (still no reply) and tried calling their customer service number (goes to obscure voicemail). The Chat feature on their website does not work. EXTREMELY disappointed. Will file a claim with my credit card company and never do business with them again. Celebrity endorsements will not save this company!

These are very cute and I was sold on the progressive aspect as taking readers on and off is such a pain. I just got them last night and I'm already returning them. They are not as strong as my other readers even though they are the same magnification, as well as, the regular lenses are extremely cloudy and are actually almost blurry! Very disappointed-- although they are cute not worth almost $100.

I was stunned to see the difference. Have always purchased cheap readers. I put these on it was amazing. I have never had a better pair of readers. Absolutely worth every penny!!!!

The glasses were stylish( but the progressives did not work as expected) so I returned the two pairs I purchased. Cost was 166+ and with a promised 90 day refund I sent them back within a day. They only partially refunded me 148$ as they claim to not refund shipping; and because I bought two pair I was charged a restocking fee; which you cannot get initial discount without purchasing two pair. I found that shady and now I’m out almost 20$! My husband has two pair coming also; and because of this partial refund bulls&&t I will return them also; of course at a loss! Read the very fine print; which I scoured and did not see. Also; don’t bother with two day shipping; because that’s how they got me!

Fit is strange. Not a quality equal to the price even with a discount. You will NOT get a full refund when you return them. I will NEVER buy from them ever again. So disgusted
