I have purchased from this website multiple occasions and have never ever had any issue, one I even bought a parking with incorrect dates but was successful when changing the dates free of charge.

Somehow my booking got changed from 25th July to 17th August to 25th July to 1st August without my consent or permission. I contacted them, and they refused to restore the booking, saying I had to manually change it. I had to pay £60 to restore my booking, even though I didn't authorise the original change. Terrible customer service, only via e-mail and they admitted they couldn't do anything as they were limited.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I booked a ticket and realised a bit too late that the departure time was wrong. According to the confirmation I’ve received I just be able to change the time but neither Ryanair nor national express wants to do it and both claims that is something the other company has to do. And this is even the first time I’ve had a bad experience with them.

I booked through ryanair-looking for transfers.com a transfer from a Paris airport to Paris centre . We are a party of 6 so booked for 6 people . Our taxi turned up over an hour late with only enough seats for 5 people. The taximan suggested we sit on each others laps. We refused the taxi and got one at the taxi rank. When I looked for my refund from Ryanair they have contacted the supplier but have washed their hands of responsibility. The supplier claims that we had too many bags and that was why we could not fit in. This is in spite of photos I took of the car with too few seats. So not only have I no refund but I had to pay a premium rate for the taxi we got from the airport rank
