Island Watch Tracking Order Status

After purchasing a watch and having a good experience, I decided to purchase another. The only thing I noticed about the first watch was that the warranty card was not filled in or stamped. Would this be considered legit by Seiko? Bought a second, and it was obviously defective from the start. I immediately contacted Island Watch and they eventually got back to me, stating they would send a return shipping label. Then nothing… Wrote to inquire about the label, still waiting. The thing about the second watch, is a cursory check would have shown it had a problem. The other thing is the warranty card was again not stamped (different manufacturer). I think if you get a good watch, you’re fine. If not, good luck. You buy from these guys, you roll the dice. Do you really want to go through that when you buy a nice watch? Never again for me. Update: Finally got my refund but it took way longer than it should have and was not professionally handled. You have to continually inquire to find out what’s going on - this shouldn’t be necessary if the seller has a proper return system in place.

Amazing customer service in every way! I found Marc / Long Island Watch on YouTube when researching Staib bracelets for my Bathyscape. Based off his detailed and informative videos it made perfect sense to purchase a Staib bracelet off Marc too. Glad I did as Marc has been incredible to deal. I ordered something that upon reflection I wasn't going to be happy with, Marc/Long Island Watches responded to my email within moments, on a Sunday morning and resolved everything for me. I think this seller should be a winner on tonight's Oscars ;-)

Outstanding customer service and super fast shipping Long Island watch is a trustworthy company any issues at all they will take care of the problem no if or buts..

Just received my maroon dial #ISL-103 pilot watch. Very impressive! Beautiful, quality watch. And, it arrived in only four days from Long Island to Grand Rapids, Michigan.
