Didn’t ship on the promised date, had to chase via email. Was promised that it would be shipped the next day, it wasn’t, had to chase again. When it was finally shipped I was informed that one of the items was actually out of stock. Don’t buy from the store if you expect an easy, or quick shopping experience

Rather slow delivery

I have never used this company before , just discovered by accident when Googling for a hard to find glass paint , well they had it , I ordered and it was there the next day , don't know who their courier is , but he must have a jet engine !!! whats more London graphic centre updated me every step of the way , only a small purchase on my part , but I was treated as if I'd spent a fortune !!!! what can I say , except...perfect.......
