Third pair of these beautiful trainers. Something not quite right and as they’re not cheap I contacted Loci. They fixed the problem without further ado and, as a consequence, still have a very happy customer. Can’t recommend this company enough. Great products. Great ethics and great customer service…. What’s not to like??!!

Love my LOCI, I couldn’t wait to get my shoes, my first order went missing after being delivered, customer care (Specifically Alex) were extremely friendly and wanted to help out in finding the missing shoes, unfortunately it was never found ( I guess someone else likes LOCI shoes) , LOCI were extremely generous and sent me another pair for free. I have been looking forward to get my hands on them, now i finally have them, i must say they are up to my expectation. The fit is perfect, they look great, and very comfortable.

Its just an all-around great company. The product is fantastic, and now my first choice when buying casual shoes. The customer service is excellent and on the odd occasion I've had an issue, they've cleared it up quickly and with minimum of fuss.

When I buy from brands I want to make sure that their morals align with my own. I love that Loci uses recycled materials to make their shoes, but doesn't charge an arm and a leg for them like many other supposedly sustainable brands. The ordering process was simple and the shoes arrived quickly. They are incredibly comfy and I will be ordering more!

Love my Loci’s! They are super stylish, but also comfortable. I love their ethos and fact that it’s all from recycled materials. Coolest sneakers with the best mission - saving our oceans and planet!
