I recently purchased a pair of shoes and wanted to share my positive experience. The shoes are incredibly comfortable and fit perfectly. I was also very impressed with the fast shipping. The order arrived much sooner than I expected. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Bought my first pair of Loake Shoes and what a great shoe. Always had trouble with sizes and widths in the past and ok, I paid a bit more than I would usually pay, but so well worth it. Great Customer Service and the quality is fantastic. Why has it taken all these years to get a perfect fitting shoe?

From when i bought my first pair of Loakes, the professionalism and courtesy has been outstanding. The shoes were comfortable and exceeded my expectations . After about 6 months I had an accident breaking several bones in my left foot. After recovery, I arranged to see my local store in Oxford, who kindly offered me the chance to return my shoes to see if they could get them to fit my damaged foot. I met Pinar at the shop who said she would do her best with the shoes. I left the shoes with her, returned two days later, Pinar insisted I try them on. All I can say is wow, my beloved shoes fit again. Professional, polite and incredibly talented staff. I cannot recommend highly enough, oh, by the way, no charge. Incredible. Thank you Pinar.
