Liz Earle Tracking Order Status

I visited the Liz Earle counter in Boots, Drake's Circus, Plymouth and received friendly, helpful and useful advice and customer service. The Liz Earle employee, Donna, was immaculately dressed, knowledgable and enhanced the shopping experience - I would recommend.

I ordered over £130 of products from their winter sale between Christmas and New Year. Upon receipt, I noted that the instructions for the x2 body polish items I had bought required a mitt. I emailed customer care to be told the mitt would be in the respective boxes. I replied to say neither tube came with a box. Their latest reply....sorry, the product was sold through our outlet and therefore no mitt included but here is a link so you can buy your own!! At £8 each!! Completely mis sold these items. The website should have made clear they were outlet items, not in boxes and without the required mitts. And the replies between emails take ages, days. Expected better from a premium brand. Won't be a returning customer, which is a shame, as some of the products are lovely.

I have been buying the shampoo and conditioner for a number of years now from Kathy (what a lovely lady she is) They have been the best products for my hair, but I have to share my experience with you. Last year I had cancer for which I received chemotherapy. Through out my treatment the specialist nurses remarked on how shiny and healthy my hair looked. Although my hair thinned, I did not lose it all and I am convinced that your products helped. I thank you for that.
