Living Spaces Tracking Order Status

Ordered the Allie Buttercup small sofa/loveseat, and crossed our fingers it would make the 200+ mile trip from Frisco, TX. Communication was great by text, and exact window for delivery met by shipping company. Their logistics office left a voice mail AND texted to comfirm delivery date. WOW: shipper called as they were near. Truck couldn't make it down our narrow drive, truck driver used dolly and CARRIED the love seat 40 yards, into our home and neatly placed it for us! Impressive! Unpacking was easy, we found the feet inside the undercarriage compartment, and used the hex wrench included to attach them quickly. We love the modern, clean lines and soft fabric. We like the deep and moderately firm feel. Well done, we are suprisingly pleased.

You can score a decent deal here, and I have several times, with good Full-Service Delivery. However, the customer service is not ideal these days. Some things to consider: -Read everything under each item carefully. Once they take your money, it's VERY stressful to ask them for it back. They do not make it easy. -If you spring for Full-Service Delivery, which I always do, wipe everything down upon arrival. Last time my order came, it was covered in extremely dirty moving blankets, and the fumes coming off it have caused me to have an allergic reaction, despite me having the windows almost constantly open. I'm not allergic to anything, so whatever it is is strong. I'm still dealing with it, a few months later. -They keep as much of your money as they can if you change/cancel orders, so read the fine print and don't order anything until you read every word on the page and are SURE about measurements, etc. -Their customer service has been very friendly and helpful to me in the past, which is why I eagerly came back to buy more and recommended it to others--but recently they have been extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Most recently, the representatives took so much time getting me a refund (I cancelled the order literally three minutes after placing it, due to their confusing website). I actually called my bank, because I was so worried that they were stalling on purpose. The representatives refused to be courteous and were stonewalling me in a very strange way. The last representative I spoke to was openly yawning while reading off a script in a dismissive tone. I have no idea what is going on with their customer service, but it's suddenly at an all-time low. Between the stinky item and the poor customer service I received, I don't see them as a totally trustworthy company at the moment and will probably avoid them for a while, if not permanently.

We had a smooth order and delivery recently in the Austin, TX area. We ordered two large slipcovered dining chairs, and they are even more beautiful and comfy than they appeared online. We are now considering a much larger purchase from the local store, but I wouldn't hesitate to order from their website again. Not sure what all the horrible reviews are about. I am glad I didn't see them in this case because it would have made me nervous to buy from them. However, our experience in March of 2024, was fantastic. Threshold delivery was on time, trackable, and within 2 days of the order. Almost unbelievable how easy it was. I also like the quality of the chairs. They look great with my fancy Crate & Barrel table. Everyone loves them, and are fighting over who gets to sit in them at each meal. I'd call that a win!
