Easy to make an appointment. The GP was a few minutes early for the appointment but I had a notification. The referral back to my usual practice worked well and I even had a call from that practice for the first time.

Very easy and helpful. From diagnosis to prescription collection was 4 hours. Brilliant.

I like the app because it is easier to find a doctor, and the doctors are all very helpful, patient, friendly to give me support. The only thing I dislike is the price, it's getting very expensive which is hard to afford for the living, just want to get a sick note. If my private surgery can help me at the beginning, I wouldn't be using this app to deal with my mental health issues.
