Wonderful product. I have four UV bottle and one pitcher. Change the way how I drink water. Always fresh water and pure Also the customer care is fantastic. Quick replay and solve always the problem.

I own the Larq pitcher. The first product I received had an issue where it would occasionally drip water as it was being poured. I reached out to support who helped we troubleshoot the issue. Unable to fix the issue they eventually sent me a whole new pitcher! Great customer service.

Customer Service and the products themselves are amazing. I received only part of my order. It appears either someone stole it or it was lost along the way. I had no problem working with someone to send me my missing personalized bottle. One email and that's all it took. I think it may have even been sent out quicker, as well. I am 100% impressed with the company as a whole. Once again... I am happy with their products and their customer service. I have both types of the bottles they are currently offering. I drink way too much water to not have it as clean as it can be.

I have both the PureVis Pitcher and the bottle and I use both everyday. I drink a lot more water and do not have to worry about what chemicals might be in there. Big plus. The products are pricy but for me it’s definitely worth it. I had to contact the customer service because the pitcher broke and I took a few days to get a reply but after that my problem was solved quickly. They replaced the pitcher and I am a very happy customer.
