Well it looks like I'm not alone and I wish I had read these before placing an order with a company that claims to help those with cancer live higher quality lives. I placed a gift order for a friend on January 27, 2020. There is no option for adding a gift note or even assurance that there would be no invoice included. So immediately wrote customer service asking if the invoice could be hidded. I first received the canned, "We received your email" response. THEN I received the order shipped email before getting a response that I don't have to worry, invoices are never included. Fine. Still, my friend won't know it's from me until I tell her. In addition, they do not send you tracking info so you have no idea if the item arrived or not. Shipping was supposed to take 5-8 business days. Coming from UK to US I wasn't suprised by that. But a week and a half later, I ask my friend if she received a package. Nope. I wrote customer service and after the canned responses am told that the package was delivered Feb 6th. It was not. I asked for tracking info. I received a completely inaccurate and uninformative tracking account that basically shows someone's item ordered in Dec 2019 leaving Belgium and being delivered to the United States on January 15th long before I even placed an order. I was able to gather from the link that the zip code wasn't even close to my delivery address. This is beyond terrible service. And I hate that I've already wasted this much time on this order and now have to await a refund because my friend concluded her radiation treatment over a 1 week ago, which is what this gift was for. I requested a full refund but I have not received a response yet. Spending more time writing this review so hopefully it saves someone else the time and energy. Edit: in response to the company's reply below i received a curt email from customer service instructing me to enter a tracking code and my friend's zip code into a tracking window. While the information appeared to this time align with my order (with no apology for sending the incorrect info the first time) the tracking does not confirm delivery to an address, only a zip code. An interactive map is included and when i zoom in on the destination, it is on the next street over, not on my friend's street. My friend did NOT receive this package and I still expect to be refunded for my purchase.

Ordered item. Paid for item, paid extra for 1-2 day courier. Didn't receive item. Been trying to make contact after day two of no arrival, to make sure it was sent or if I could have a tracking nunber and NOTHING. No replies, no contact. Now I understand if it's Xmas it may be delayed in post but not when you have paid extra for courier. Also, item is now saying out of stock, if they havent got it and made a mistake, fine but tell me and refund me, don't ignore and keep my money. This was meant to be a gift from my dad to my mum. Utterly disgraceful behaviour from a company who seem to be preying on those who are ill & probably so busy caring for others that they won't remember to get their money back nor care for it back as time with their loved one would seem more important. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is promoted on helping those in their time of need .......but they do everything but.

A very useful and informative site to help people dealing with cancer. It's enabled me to chose a gift for a friend who is dealing with hair loss through chemo. I would definitely recommend them.

I loved the simplicity of the online purchase and fast service and delivery. Very satisfied with the three purchases I have made over as many weeks. Keep up your excellent service!
