Honest and quick communication when we had (multiple rounds of) questions ahead of deciding on the furniture we wanted to buy.

High quality bookcase, both in materials and finish - a hard to find product! We had issues with our first bookcase - it’s hand painted so a mm here and there can make it difficult to fit. The team was fast to help and resolve the issue. Excellent service.

We bought the tea chair and table with adjustable height and the design is great. However we found that the table was VERY difficult to assemble. We are unsure if the cuts were not well done but we needed to use our tools to make it work. Considering the cost, we were not expecting to find any problem with them and we are dreading the time we have to adjust the height gain with the other legs as they will need some work too. On the other hand, the chair was very easy to put together. They look great and the idea is awesome. If they manage to fix those details, it would be great.

I bought a mirror for my daughter, the product is as expected but it arrived full of wood dust, and also some of the wood is dirty like dark marks (no from the natural wood). It’s a pity that they don’t care about these details which makes a difference, it’s not a cheap product so you would expect more care.

Really happy with level of service, delivery and quality of our learning tower. Really appreciated all the info on the website to make the right choice on the product. So many of these are on the market but the info given helped us to make the right choice and go with Little Bugs. The tower is sturdy and durable, exactly what you need for toddlers. Our daughter loves it and loves being counter height in the kitchen and also uses it to colour in on the dining room table. Delivery came as expected, good communications from the company - would recommend and use again.
