Predatory Company

First off, this company has an F rating with the BBB. I am so extremely frustrated and angry with this company, the product, and the customer service. My Lit Axis never worked correctly would not do all the smart things they claimed it would do never recorded any stats in the app despite me doing ALL of the troubleshooting. I contacted customer service. They wanted me to take screen records and videos of before/during/after my workouts. I'm sorry, but no. I was not going to put all of that time and effort into figuring their defective product. I was already on the fence with the workouts/quality that I asked for a refund. They REFUSED. It had only been a couple of weeks since my 30 day window had passed, but get this, it would not have mattered because, silly me, I did not think to keep the *original shipping box*. You read that correctly you cannot return the product if you do not have the original cardboard shipping box it arrived in (this was explained to me by customer service). They did offer to replace the defective item which is literally the least they can do, but I have continued to request a refund because I want nothing more to do with this company. They are no longer acknowledging my requests. Next I decided I'd at least cancel the monthly membership ($15/month). Nope. Cant do that! Here's the kicker if you cancel the monthly membership you FORFIT THE LIFETIME WARRANTY. This company is financially holding their customers hostage. This is PREDATORY. Skip this and get one of the many off Amazon for a fraction of the price and find free workout videos on YouTube!

This company lies when it says free 30-day trial and free returns. They will try to charge you exorbitant shipping fees if you actually would like to return. Zero stars!!

I ordered the LIT AXIS

I ordered the LIT AXIS. Unfortunately after I ordered I read the reviews and they were bad. I believe I called back an hour later to cancel and it was already being processed.It was free shipping. When I received it. I didn’t even open the box. I few days later I shipped it back with return label. When my return came it was $40 short. I was aware that I had to pay for return shipping. First of all it was in a box and it was just a few resistance bands. Don’t know how that came out to $20. Then I was informed I had to reimburse them for shipping it to me FREE. I emailed them. But I still can’t find the return policy on the website. This was a scam. People don’t buy into this for $200 Go on Amazon and pick up something for $30. This is not worth it

Misinformation and very poor customer service

1: Customer Service is very poor. The company was very attentive until I made my purchase. Afterwards, they left the impression they did not care about my business. Examples include losing my order in the warehouse and not knowing until I reached out to them on status, chat personnel not knowing answers, no picks up the number assigned to support, and a constant redirect to email that results in cookie cutter answers that do not address your situation. 2: Tracking metrics can only be had with Apple. I thought I did my homework; they told me its worked with Android. Unfortunately, I found out after receiving the product that the tracking metrics only worked with Apple; I could use the classes with my Android. They did clarify and say that the metrics capability is on the way, but that doesn’t help me right now. 3: In spite of everything that happened, I was still giving them one more chance. I asked to speak with management about my experience and told management would contact me in 24-48 hours. I never received that call. 4: I asked to return the product and was provided a shipping label. I was also asked to let them know when I sent it so they can watch for it in the warehouse. I did as asked and two days after the system showed they received it, I reached out to confirm receipt and status of refund. I was told “warehouse will evaluate your return within 30 days and issue a refund accordingly”. When I tried to provide backstory on my experience, they just did not want to acknowledge it or work with me. [Update] As a result, I reached out to my card holder and filed a complaint. The card holder investigated and refunded me the full amount. 5: Hiding negative reviews from their website. I provided a review as they requested and did not rate them high; I received a thank you for my review but they never posted it. It appears they only post their positive ratings which to me misleads the buyers and could be interpreted as false advertising. 6: Around the first of the year I received an email from “Jake M” asking me to review my experience. I responded that I would be happy to discuss my experience over a phone call. Still waiting on that call. [Update] I was so hopeful for this product and would have worked with them if their customer service would have been trained properly. Please consider this review when purchasing.
