Lit Fibre Tracking Order Status

i went for the 500mb speed but can only get around 300mb using speed tests. had them come out to see why the slow speed as i should be getting the 500mb but the only way i can get the full 500mb is by using there app on my phone. even using the speed test they said to use still only got 300mb or under.so may cancel and go some where else

Excellent service provided by Lit Fibre throughout the installation and commissioning. Initial discussions with the sales team confirmed the Lit 100Mb package would suffice and this has proved to be the case throughout my use of the system. The installation engineer arrived on time and was courteous during his time spent with us. The transfer and tidying up were completed within the allocated time and the engineer left us happy after testing and explaining everything. Leaving us with a point of contact for any further questions. Well done.

LIT were great. On first visit, they were unable to do the installation as they needed a cherry picker to reach the top to install the wires. The outside wires were installed while we were away. When we came back, we had a date fixed for internal installation. On the day, El rang to say he had been delayed and might have to reschedule. But he managed to find someone to finish his over running job and was with us within the hour. Everything ran smoothly and he explained everything as he went along. We discussed the best place for the router and this was done quickly and efficiently. El made sure we were all connected before he left and all is well, except I can't get the printer to work at the moment. Will query this in due course. El was very professional and a thoroughly nice guy. Thank you.

Hassan arrived before the slot, Done the outsides as I was on my way home from work. When I arrived home he finished the inside of the installation and made sure all was working fine.......cheers Hassan

Great installation and setup service by Chris. He showed up on time and completed the job in less than an hour. He explained everything he was going to do, and he did a quality job running the fibre line and mounting the hardware. Then he set up the service and answered all my questions. I am also getting the speed that I am paying for. Outstanding job!
