Litecraft Tracking Order Status

Ordered the lamp on Sunday evening and it was delivered as promised on Tuesday. The lamp was well packaged and included the 3 LED bulbs which made it outstanding value. I'm well pleased with the purchase.

Sad to give a low rating this time, as service before has been very good. Purchased two crystal ceiling lights with droplets (£500) for the two. Although purchased in November 2022, they were completely sealed when the order came into the shop, and as we were having house rewired and redecorated in the New Year they were put away. The lights were beautiful except a piece of metal was missing from each light for which the long crystal was to hang on, there was a hole for the metal to thread through. However when we contacted litecraft we were told the design had changed now, but why have I got a long crystal and a hole in each light. I appreciate the time delay but disappointed that they didn’t want to help. I was also told that if any crystals were missing to let them know and they would send them, so why couldn’t they find the metal connection.
