Lipsy Tracking Order Status

I have a pair of gold studded flatform summer sandals which I have just noticed that the gold paint has worn off the straps after a maximum of about 20 wears. Im very disappointed as I thought that they looked decent enough quality. The soles are hardly worn but yet I have to put them in a charity bag as they're too shabby to keep. So much for re use, the quality isn't in the product to enable any sort of long term wear. I wish I could post a photo of them to show

Trainers leaked on first wear in the rain, they look great but the quality is just not there

To be honest I like the dresses and design but quality of clothing is hit and miss. Have bought 2 fab dresses and 2 poor quality dresses via Next fro lipsy range all within same price range. Also agree sizing is small but I found when I sized up it was fine. Not sure if I would purchase again last 2 dresses disappointing quality similar to Shein but 3 times the price.

I purchase Lipsy clothing via my next account and even though I haven't shopped their products for years I couldn't help loving the gorgeous satin nightwear collection they released this year 🙌 I purchased 3 full length satin pyjamas set and 2 short satin sets. The candy stripe pink and the cornflower and mauve sets are totally gorgeous! They've been washed and washed and the quality never fails. The majority of satin pyjamas fray at the seams but not Lipsy! The only downfall is the sizing. I'm a size 10-12 and all my satin sets are in a size 18 unfortunately there's nothing beyond an 18 they are a slender fit but certainly not uncomfortable to sleep in there is quite a lot of give in the material. Whoever, designs the Lipsy range you are doing an absolutely amazing job. The fabrics and styles are stunning. It's just the sizing that needs amending. Keep up the wonderful work 🥰❤

Definitely need to order a size up. I’m a size 10/12 and fit a 14. Experienced the small sizes in a previous order.
