I like seopowersuite because it’s a true all-in-one tool and I can really manage all SEO tasks with it, from finding new keywords to collecting link building ideas. The only con is that it’s a downloadable piece of software, but at the price I pay, I can live with it ;)

I got the WebSite Auditor deal a couple years ago at appsumo and have been hooked ever since. The software (unlike many web based tools) stores all the data on my computer which is important for some clients. The tool provides real good features for technical SEO and content optimization - it crawls the pages, finds errors and categorizes them into critical, warning, informational, etc. That’s super handy, as I can find the critical stuff in a matter of minutes, export the problematic urls and start working on them. I don’t work a lot on content, as this part is mostly outsourced to freelance copywriters, but there’s a handy feature to generate a task for the copywriter based on your target keywords and competitor analysis.

I love how I can just plug in my keywords in Rank Tracker, pick the search engines I care about, and boom - I get detailed rankings all in one place. It saves me a ton of time compared to manually checking Google. If I need local rankings, it's easy to set up as well. Oh, and their support is super friendly, so highly recommend.

I had such a hard time finding desktop SEO software that actually worked on my Mac, so I was thrilled when I stumbled upon SEO PowerSuite. Initially, it ran a bit slow, so I reached out to their support team. Then, at the end of 2024, they released a brand-new update for Macs - and it couldn’t have come at a better moment! I was neck-deep in year-end reporting and desperately needed fresh rank data. This update saved me hours of work and spared me from spending a small fortune on pricey rank-checking services.

Alright, so SEO PowerSuite isn't the most advanced tool available, but it does the job. I appreciate that I can monitor ranks without any restrictions, and the keyword tracking is spot on. However, certain aspects aren't very obvious, and it takes some time to become used to them all. It's actually very fantastic once you get the feel of it, but I had to watch a few videos to figure things out.
