Linda Farrow Tracking Order Status

I purchased a pair of Linda Farrow glasses through Farfetch, and after just two months of use, the arm of the glasses became defective and fell off. Farfetch acknowledged the defect but refused to reimburse me. I reached out directly to Linda Farrow for support, only to be told they only assist with products bought directly from them. This leaves me in a frustrating position where no one is taking responsibility for the defective product, resulting in a financial loss of €950 (€500 for lenses and €450 for frames). I believe Linda Farrow should extend support to all customers, whether they purchased directly or through a third party. It’s crucial for brands to ensure that their partners are capable of providing adequate support and not just authorize anyone to sell their products without proper oversight

Niemals bei Linda Farrow im Onlineshop eine Brille bestellen..... Ich habe von 6 Wochen bei LF 2 Sonnenbrillen bestellt. Sie wurden sehr schnell geliefert und waren auch einwandfrei verpackt. Leider musste ich die beiden Sonnenbrillen wieder retournieren weil sie nicht meinem Geschmack entsprachen. Die Retoure habe ich einen Tag nachdem ich die Brillen erhalten habe, getätigt. Das heißt LF hatte innerhalb von 5 Tagen die Brillen wieder zurück am Lager. 4 Wochen nach der Retoure hatte ich immer noch nicht mein Geld (€ 1.900,-- ) zurück auf meine Kreditkarte bekommen. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen, wann ich mit der Rückbuchung denn rechnen kann, wurde mir immer gesagt, dass es noch etwas dauert, da sie momentan so viel zu bearbeiten hätten. Jetzt sind wir in der 7 Woche und ich renne immer noch fast €2.000,-- hinterher. Das ist eine Frechheit! Ich werde jetzt wohl meinen Kreditkarten Ausgeber den Fall übergeben müssen und hoffe, dass ich bald wieder mein Geld habe.
