Booked a limo out of Newark on April 23rd. Limo never showed. After waiting more than one hour and calling Limos.com took a taxi instead. While in the taxi got a call from the driver who said he was waiting. This after an hour and a half. Said he tried to reach me. Phone on all the time and no record of any calls on my phone. Do not use!!

The company asked up to do a job for them and never paid. Crickets any and every time we tried to resolve the issue. The job happened in 2018 and they do not allow reviews that old so just a reminder you owe me money.

In January, I booked a professional limousine/airport NOT a ride share. I had used limos.com before, and the service was a professional driver dressed in a professional driver’s outfit driving a black car with appropriate plates registration etc. The cars always matched the description on the quote. (This post is not about optics but it is about personal safety and professionalism). ***The ride arrived in pre-dawn hours and THERE WERE TWO MEN in the car!! ***The car didn’t match the quoted make/model description. ***There were no livery plates. ***The car was older and not the make and model quoted with this service. ***The ride was booked to the Pittsburgh International Airport from a residential suburb of Pittsburgh PA about a 1.5 hour ride—not cheap! When the ride arrived, I called limos.com and nobody could confirm that this was my ride. I DID NOT get in the car. I had to scramble to get to the airport in the pre-dawn hours. I also emailed limos.com from on the plane outlining the scary situation. I NEVER got a reply. I also never got a call back from my phone message I left after hours at the pick up time. What I did get was a receipt for the full charges. I disputed the charges on my credit card for the following reasons: ***Emailed quote says that “If we are unable to confirm your ride as quoted, a representative will contact you to discuss available options.” They did not ***Safety concerns ***No response from vendor when I contacted then directly twice Is this acceptable industry standard for a airport ride service with premium price—two strange men in the car, a car swap, no livery plates? I am in touch with other drivers and they say this is unprofessional and not acceptable. There is no price for my safety. IF I had a do over I would not have gotten in the car even knowing I would lose several hundred dollars.

Horrible people to work with OWE US MONEY. Do not give them business find someone local in your area. WOULD NEVER WORK THIS COMPANY EVER. We have done jobs for limos.com and it is been 4 years they still tell us someone will call us. OWE US ABOUT $2000.00

I booked a limo for my son's Prom several weeks prior to his event and thankfully purchased the "trip assurance," for an additional $100. My son received a call 3 days before his Prom stating that the driver was unable to drive and the company had reached out to other companies who were unable to assist them, but since I had bought the trip assurance, my entire amount would be refunded. In my attempt to locate another limo for my son (which was an impossible feat), I spoke to many local places who stated that this place is a national company who takes as many bookings as possible and then tries to find local places to fill the bookings. Unfortunately, the local places had gotten calls from Limos the week before and all of them said that even if they had a limo, they wouldn't do business with them. So, lesson learned, I usually do business with local companies and should have with this as well... as far as the trip assurance, this was on them, so no matter what, they would have been refunding my full amount. Buyer beware!
