After multiple orders with them, I attempted to order some jewelry for my granddaughters per the 1-day offer/ad. I selected the necklaces, reviewed the order form prior to checkout and paying. I attempted to use PayPal since I had a credit but the website rejected it stating the PayPal entry coding was incorrect. I then tried the credit card assigned to this account but the card wasn't accepted. Next I tried my debit card but it too was rejected (so I thought). Frustrated, I decided to throw in the towel. The next morning, I had an email from my bank stating that the order amount had been sent to Limoges for payment via my debit card. I had no order number or any indication from Limoges that the order had been accepted. I called them, emailed them screenshots of both the bank email and the order as I had selected it. Their reply is that since there was no order number then the transaction never occurred!! I'm missing the funds from my bank account which are plainly shown to have been sent to Limoges in the amount of the order that I tried in vain to make. The "battle" is ongoing and my next move will be to get my bank involved since they have definitive proof the payment was made! Here's their reply: "Again, we provided you with order numbers, purchase dates and totals. We confirmed we received your money and confirmed shipped status of 2 orders and confirmed 4 orders will ship soon. We are not sure if you are confused and not understanding this information as you continue to advise we are not providing you confirmation or other details." It's my inability to understand or process the information concenring my orders which is laughable since I have the evidence in front of me in black and white! Just blame the customer for his/her ignorance of the business's "system!" I'll update this as things unfold. My recommendation is to avoid this company at all costs so as to bypass issues with orders or inferior merchandise (which I haven't received any of the previous orders yet). I'll update the quality of the merchandise in a later post!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! UPDATE: After searching an confiding with my bank the bank's computer detected a purchase and sent an email to me indicating that a transaction had occured when in reality it hadn't!! I was mistaken and admit my error caused by a banking error. The update on the merchandise is that it all appears nicely done just as requested. Only time and usability will determine it's life span as received or whether it fades, breaks or tarnishes. I'll update the consequences as they unfold. In the meantime, I'm updating my experience and rating to "3" stars!! I may start to use them again now that our "misunderstanding" has been resolved!

Buyer beware!!!!! I ordered a bridal ring set. Originally listed at $199 but purchased on sale for $49.99. The ring came with engraving but was nothing like photo and very cheap. It was not even worth the sale price.

I commissioned a graduation ring from Limoges. The craftsmanship quality is poor. The gold plating wore off in less than 2 weeks. The gemstone setting also loosened substantially. Also, the ring seems to cut blood circulation in my finger. It's just not a high quality piece.

If I could give a minus 10 I would!!!! The WORST customer service!!! The worst advertising BS!!!! I spent an hour on the phone with representative, and then supervisor...they first offered to remove the shipping fee, then said they can't do it. I was willing to spend the lowest discounted price, they charged me three times that amount. PLEASE BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Not as many sides to choose from as the more promoted brands but it had what we were looking for. It was about 1/3 of the cost of one's from the 2 brands sold in schools. Came out to be about $100 after a couple add ons to the $75 Groupon. It's a nice ring and a great value. I'm planning to buy my daughter's ring from them too. Delivery took 3mo but kids are in highschool for 4 years. Chill.
