My entire experience with Lily Arkwright was brilliant from start to finish. I was a bit late ordering my ring and needed it before I departed on holiday. My original delivery date was whilst I was away, so I contacted the team to let them know. Renai was in contact with me immediately to explain that they would try their upmost to get the ring delivered before I left. They were reassuring throughout the whole process, even when I became more and more worried about the delivery date. The ring arrived early due to their hard-work and I will be eternally grateful for their efforts. The ring itself is perfect and exactly as I had imagined.
