Liingo Eyewear Tracking Order Status

I always say the true mark of a great company is how they take care of you AFTER THE SALE. I recently had someone sit on my glasses and they were not easily repairable. I contacted Lingo and because I was right on the threshold of my 60 day warranty they started making me new glasses at no charge to send out to me. So I am a believer in this company

Recently took a dive on wet newly fallen leaves, breaking my almost 1yr old frame. Lenses came thru unscathed. Called Liingo asking if they could do anything for me. Without hesitation customer service said,” sure we can replace your frame…and we’ll give you brand new lenses” Price? Nothing. Just return the broken frame. Called on Friday. New glasses arrived on Wednesday. I can only speak for my experience, which could not have been better.

Customer service is unbelievably strong. They are responsive, helpful, friendly and professional. I've ordered over a dozen pairs and love them. I prefer for single-vision to ensure I get what's expected.

My husband and I both by our glasses from Liingo. After frustrating experiences with buying glasses at eye doctor’s offices we decided to give Liingo a shot. The at home try-on is a game changer. I hate buying a pair of glasses and paying an astronomical amount only to not have them fit correctly after wearing them for a couple of hours. You really can’t tell how comfortable they’re going to be after wearing them for a minute at the doctors office. We have loved our Liingo glasses and the price is right. Their customer service is excellent.

Completely online service, but exceptional support by text, phone or email. I had some trouble loading my prescription, so I finally gave them my optometrist number, and they handled getting my RX. Huge frame selection. Easy virtual try ons. They mail you five frames you select. I have had three pair of glasses and they fit right out of the box. The RX was accurate. I have asyrmatism, near and far vision correction. So pleased with glasses. Carefully packaged, nice glass case, cleaning cloth. They even will reimburse you $25 if you need an optometrist to adjust. Glasses guaranteed satisfaction. Definitely recommend. Got two pairs for around $288.
