Lighting The Web Tracking Order Status

Do not use this company! I had to return a light fixture. The company received the light fixture back on February 16th, 2022 and have still NOT received a refund. They are scamming me for my money and are full of excusses!! I am tired of the check is in the mail. The accounting department is closed. The lady in charge of your account is out on sick leave. Too many excusses and no refund.

KARA NOBLE is the BEST customer service person I have worked with recently. She was sweet and really went to bat for me. I needed for a light that didn't work and she made sure to get it approved. She is so conscientious that she even followed through to make sure I received the label. I HIGHLY recommend her if you have a problem.
