approx. 30 min wait to talk with representative but when we spoke he was excellent ... down to finding ... and ordering an Item I bought years ago ... which u no longer carry ... I brought my son to the store because I had very positive experiences ... from your Englewood, NJ store and Bowery

Our salesperson, Ed Silverii is tops when it comes to customer service and his knowledge of product. The shipping department is extremely well managed, so we always know where our merchandise is at anytime.

Vivian was very informative and extremely knowledgeable about the vast inventory that Lighting by Gregory has. The prices were not over the top either.
