Lightake Tracking Order Status

The Jawa MOC looks very good and the building has very much fun. Unfortunately have 2 parts been missing, but by the additional existing clamp blocks could the missing parts replace. The packaging of MOC, is the best I have to now. The seller has to any of my questions. Super service.

It's interesting to see other people's thoughts about this company. Personally, I've been buying my cubes on this place for years now and I never had any trouble getting my money back because of a mistake of mine, or with shipping, ordering stuff or anything. Everytime I sent something to the client service, I had a response, sure with a quite terrible English, but still understandable and nice from them ! (mail or facebook sometimes). I sure don't know about stuff like drones and all, but for cubes, this site is great with low price and excellent product quality.

Asked for 8 cubes, good quality, wonderful price and no problem with shipping as they achieved the time set. Customer service nice and fast.

I ordered items and I payed extra for express shipping because I needed items in specific time. After more than 1 week the order was still not shipped. Communication with customer service (using email) is pretty bad - if they answer, they do it once a day. We got to an agreement that they refund me the money without problems, but refund was not actually been made until I opened a claim on Paypal. Overall everything turned out OK, but it took me a lot of time to solve the problem. It would also be good if they would add information whether item is in stock and expected time for restocking so you can plan accordingly.
