Lifesystems Tracking Order Status

After looking at all the products available at the outdoor expo from lifesystems I was really impressed with their quality products. The people at the stand were very friendly and helpful. This experience has lead me to purchase many more of their products since. I'm glad I got to meet them in person.

I recently bought two handwarmers. One did not work. I contacted customer services, and within 48 hours a new one had been delivered and the non working one collected from my home. Amazing service.

Great products at a good price. Even better was the customer service: I had queries about delivery time and Chris Barker was superb. Friendly, efficient and very quick in response to my email. He is a great credit to the company.

I recently bought 2 rechargeable hand warmers (5200mamph). On delivery only 1 had been despatched. Reported and error confirmed, next day courier and order complete. On 1st use I wondered if they were going to get hot enough, I suffer from Reynauds, and fingers suffer in the cold. After a few minutes all OK, now, after 5 or 6 uses the get very hot quite quickly, so much so I am only going to use them at setting 2 of 4. These are excellent hand warmers, great value for money and keep the charge a lot longer than it takes me to walk 5 miles.
