LifePro Tracking Order Status

I bought a treadmill from this company in the past — it worked great. A different product i ordered didn’t work so well , but company called me and offered me a replacement or full refund option.

Paid for products on 9/25/24, and I still had no product as of 10/9/24. Originally, they stated they could not cancel the order or issue a refund because the shipping warehouse issued a tracking number (UPS/USPS never received the items per the tracking information). After I posted a review on 10/9/24, they were able to cancel shipment of the product and issue a full refund.

I received a defective product, it took a bit to get customer service to help out since I bought it through Best Buy and they don't deal with returns from another company. I had to leave a bad review to get attention from Lifepro to fix the issue. I removed my previous review and made this now a five star even though it was a bit stressful as I thought I had lost my money. After they saw my review they did more then help, they refunded me. I have since bought the Rumblex Plus which is a higher end of the vibration plate and double the cost of course but after I seen that they refunded me for the defective product I felt secure purchasing this product. It is actually amazing, it's got the three motors which provides extra benefits. I have health issues so I can't go to the gym until I have surgery and this vibration plate is the perfect way for me to somewhat stay in shape and get some good circulation going so I now highly recommend anyone to buy the Rumblex Plus and the customer service have been very kind and helpful and they kept checking to see if I got my refund so that was well appreciated. It’s a good day when something you buy is better than expected! The mini is compact and powerful. It’s gives a nice little workout and it energizes me too! So glad I bought one.
