Licorice Tracking Order Status

Do not do business with this company. They will overbill you and keep trying to deduct money from your bank account. I had to close out my Visa and get a new card for security purposes. Terrible Customer Service and even sent them bank screenshots. NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.

I order $90 of product to share at a birthday party five days our. It did not arrive as advertised. I sent an email and got credit for free shipping (which is free for orders more than $85) and an apology. Told to expect in 3 days. No arrival. Now UPS says 3 more days. This is a tasty product but not worth the disappointment of party attendees and the wait. I would have comped the order. We're going back to Good-N-Plenty.

Delivery was fine. Licorice was not worth the $48. Kind of off flavor. Texture was sort of ok but flavor not. Save your money.

Expensive, inconsistent product flavor, and God help you if you get onto their e-mail list . . you'll be INUNDATED/IMMERSED, in multiple e-mails, each and every day, until you're literally suicidal, and don't bother hitting the unsubscribe link, because they don't listen!

I have ordered from them several times, and we get the product in time, it's tasty and have always been able to contact them if needed. Will continue to be a customer
