Lick US Tracking Order Status

Loved colour selection process and found paint great to apply. On the negative side, paint took 48hours to arrive, irritating when you have taken day off work. My project was to repaint the disassembled elements of a big wall unit before reinstalling in new house. Despite sanding prep i found second coat was lifting and peeling. Contacted helpline but took 5 days to respond. Took advice elsewhere, repainted with Zinsser then another Lick coat. Reinstalled unit in new house, but paint scaring whenever moved. Ended up having to repair and recoat twice when in situ. Heard from helpline that paint takes 5 days to harden up! if I'd known I would have waited to paint after I'd moved it, and avoided repainting over 4 times, and that is a lot of time and paint! Looks great and hopefully paint will be more robust now.

Love the products and colours as well as the whole offering. Sadly let down by having no human customer service. You cannot speak to anyone you have to send an email and you are answered by a BOT who never gives a helpful answer. Communication on deliveries is very poor … split deliveries without notifications… next day deliveries assured but nothing arrives and no one to ask about it … they use DHL to deliver and very little accurate information given or sent. Come on Lick, make this part of your offering as slick as your products!!!! More reliable deliveries and a lovely person on the phone to sort out issues. At the moment the customer takes all the stress!!!

I came across Lick on instagram & headed over to your Northcote store. Eloise embraced my flurry of questions with ease, patience and kindness. I left with more confience on how to go about my colour selection and with a bunch of amazing peel-and-stick samples. I have since been back and with the amazing style vision of Ethan, I have chosen the colour schemes for all rooms.
