LIBERTY. Tracking Order Status

I go to liberty often, I love the selection and the customer service but there's one individual who really made an impact for me. Jay at aveda, my hair is soooooo much more healthier now. She took the time and effort to explain everything in detail and really take care of me. Even though I felt embarrassed she made me feel super comfortable. Thank you so much! She deserves a bloody promotion!

Service has gone downhill at a rate of knots. Placed a £300 order as a birthday gift. I asked for a gift card message and liberty confirmed the message however the recipent received the order with no gift message inside. So embarrasing. No goodwill gesture offered. Ok, suits me, closed my account, and promised Liberty i will never ever spend another penny with them. They couldnt care less.

Honestly the standards are very low, in person the customers service is much better but some of the online staff are simply not helpful. Will spend my money elsewhere.

Received the best service from Faiza in the customer services team. She went out of her way to ensure that my query was handled to the best of her ability.

My experience of liberty was excellent.the young men was here all-day doing my boiler .and I would like to say thank you to Callum for that .from number 4 coachrane house
