Liberty Flights Tracking Order Status

You seem to have continuing issues with quality control. I've had a number of refills where the the tip has been shredded so I have to pull an old one off an empty refill or I can't use the liquid.

I have used liberty flights for years great company good service all round but last couple of orders have been with the new styled bottles (menthol veg oil) woeful bottles - caps repeatedly break leaving tip in cap so end up with no easy way to fill and waste lots due to spillages and drips - really poor bottles and clearly must be of inferior quality
