Needed to return an online order, and Clayton went out of his way to make it as easy as possible for us. Very impressed by the service, both in-store and their customer service

Wrnt to Leyland's on Clapham junction. Served by a Wonderful man called Frank. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had to buy some one shot chemical drain cleaner and he was very thorough in checking my plumbing qualifications and that the qualifications I showered f Were for me by checking name of driving licence. This is the correct way to do things but unfortunately some shops don't ask for these details. So huge respect to Frank for doing the right thing

Me and my wife visited your shop at battersea Park rd this afternoon and can i just say what a great team you have particularly the young lady who was very good with us . We honestly did not know how much paint cost and slightly went into meltdown and they we're so good with us . Definitely be coming back ... thank you so much for the customer experience x
