Lexmark Tracking Order Status

I BOUGHT A PRINTER THAT I CAN'T REFILL THE INK. BECAUSE OF THE TONER CHIP. THEY SHOULD AT LEAST LET YOU RESET IT A FEW TIMES. COST FOR NEW CARTRIDGES IS $500-$700 OR MORE. i ONLY PD $150 FOR THE PRINTER. I'M A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER AND CAN'T AFFORD THAT. NOW I HAVE TO JUNK IT FOR SOMETHING ALITTLE MORE AFFORDABLE TO USE

Had a fantastic experience with Lexmark support today. I've got an old printer that has developed a fault and they have agreed to replace a part, as the number of lifetime prints was below the expectation for the life of the part. Very pleased with the way they dealt with the issue.

Our colour laser multi-function printer started having issues after 18 months of light use. We contacted Lexmark and even though it was out of warranty, they did send out a component for us to fit. We think that the Lexmark printer was probably of poor quality at the manufacture stage and for that we can only give ONE STAR! But, for their customer service, we will give them 5 Stars!

MB2442 printer was a nightmare to set up and get working. Useless pictogram and no instructions. On the phone to Portugal for an hour but could not get the drivers to work properly. No option than to enlist the help of my own IT guys at £50 per hour but at least I can print. Prints nicely too but it is ridiculously hard to set up and work. Seems to do just about everything but i only want to print and scan and I cannot scan without using the scan centre when I just want to put the document on the glass and press scan. Is that too much to ask? Wish i had read the reviews on here first but who does supply a printer that is easy to set up and cheap to run? Nobody thats who!
