I purchased a Levo ll in March 2024. I used it with no problem three times. The fourth time I went to use it, the machine would not power on. Levo forced me to purchase an extended warranty just to get their defective equipment replaced. They sent me a replacement, after I paid them more money, but the replacement did not work right out of the box. So they sent me a third levo, and right out of the box it did not work. Three strikes you're out! Worst company and product I've ever dealt with in my entire life! I can't believe, after sending me two defective machines, that the company would not verify a working model before sending me a third defective item! I want to stand on top of a mountain and yell to the whole world not to buy a Levo!!!

Shortly after submitting the previous critical review, LEVO contacted me offering to correct the issue, stating now that they would send me the correct component for the unit that I purchased. A major hassle none the less and likely due to the initial review to which they were made aware. Original issue: I ordered the large infuser from LEVO. When placing the order the website automatically offered an additional Pod for the unit suggesting that it would save time which sounded good so I added it to the order for an additional ~ $50. The additional Pod that arrived with the unit was a miniature pod that cannot be used with the unit I purchased. I went back to the website where I place the order and found no Customer Service contact info. I sent an email to a general email address explaining what happened and received no reply. I then found another service email though a search and forwarded my original a week later. The LEVO Customer Support reply email stated "No Return Policy.., but we can give you a 10% off the next order." My experience with LEVO is a bait and switch on the website and LEVO customer service being as minimal as it gets. The company has no regard for their customers and focuses mainly on massive internet propaganda giving their own products great ratings. I will never consider this company for anything ever again.

Purchased an item on May 22nd. Worked once, Wrote to levo,,, 3 attempts and 10+ days later I get no product support at all a. Fedex ground label and the expectation that i would wait 2 weeks if I packed everything properly including "all original packaging, inserts and documents" (really? my brand new broken unit with a receipt and serial number is not enough? I need to find the manual and plastic Wow.) In the meantime I am getting plenty of marketing emails and they guarantee 2 day shipping on all new orders with no trouble. It is pretty clear where their priorities are. Its all about the sale and not about the customer. I am stuck with this company since they made me wait past the return window... you can choose an alternative like magic butter. Wish I had.
