Levenger Tracking Order Status

I participated in the buy one/get one free and the 'free' one was discontinued. But Levenger contacted me and gave me a list of 10 options to choose from that were comparable! WOW-now THAT's Customer Service to write about! Thank you Joseph for your follow through and support! I will always buy from Levenger for my writing instruments!

When after 2 orders were sent without personalization, she helped me navigate a way to receive a replacement in time for my granddaughter's special occasion. I deeply appreciate her lovely voice, impeccable manners and empathy. There are no words to express my gratitude.

I placed an order for blue Tabbed dividers and ordered the wrong size by mistake. When I called customer service, Sarah helped cancel it for me and sent an email to reorder the proper size including the other Items in that order. With the discount I earned previously. The Levenger agent who assisted me today was very intelligent, professional, nice, efficient, and patient -- in a word, outstanding. Her name is Farrah Peterson. She resolved two complicated problems for me - an incorrect shipping address on one item and an out of stock second item. She explained carefully and patiently what she was doing to fix both problems - and she did. She reordered the out of stock item for me, and had me rebuy it after making sure my first payment was refunded. She gave me a possible date for delivery and took down a new shipping address. She tracked down the other item and told me when it was scheduled for delivery. She sent me a label so I can take the package to Fedex to reroute it. She was so nice and friendly, too. She was so good I thought she was a supervisor. Turns out she is!! Thanks. You have a much happier customer because of Farrah.
