Letterfest Tracking Order Status

Image provided had the edge of one arm missing from the original, as the service purchased was a 'line drawing' I assumed this missing section would be added in, to me that was common sense. Picture shipped with a large gap on the arm, reflects poor attention to detail unfortunately. Contacted customer support to explain the issue, they were quick to respond. They asked for another £15 + postage for the correction! Was very disappointed with this communication. After a few days of back and forth emailing, they agreed to correct and ship again at no cost. This meant the final gift was 9 days past it's delivery date. Pretty disappointing overall. Drawing quality was good, just seems to be rushed and no checking customers work before sending out.

A beautiful personalised book for a little boy who was thrilled to see his name and where he lived featuring in the story about a visit to the zoo. Lovely illustrations and an excellent quality too. First purchase but will certainly be back again. Thanks.
