Lesmills Tracking Order Status

This is my favourite app! Any gym membership I had in my 20s was usually to access the classes but when we started our family, getting to the gym and at class times became a lot harder. The app gives me a huge range of classes so when I have a window to workout I can pick something that suits both in time and impact. It also got me through 2 pregnancies and post partum recovery because again I could just pick and choose what felt right for the stage I was at. I highly recommend it!

These workouts have a brilliant tune and they really work. I started using this properly throughout lockdown and now going to real-life workout sessions, it's great! The app is constantly being improved, while there are some glitches, it does work/

I've subscribed because I like the spinning classes and thought that I may try the other classes, too. I can honestly say that I am not able to follow any of them, much too fast and its very frustrating and discouraging. Surely I can't be the only one that has problems. I can recommend the Sprint. Trip and RPM but none of the other. Les Mills, come up with some classes for people like me who are not able to follow easily.

Using Les Mills On demand for past 6yrs has been life changing for me. It has a wide variety of exercises with various intensities. I thoroughly enjoy it. The workout programmes are very well choreographed and presented and the dialogue is uplifting encouraging and over all energising! Best part is, I can do the workout anywhere with or without equipment. I highly recommend using Les Mills on Demand- absolutely worth the investment in oneself.
