Disappointed and dismayed in Duncanville.

Called Leslie's to come out and address a flow issue with my pool. The pump took a dump. impeller shot. The tech replaced constant speed 2HP with a variable speed 1.65 HP pump. Told us what a great pump this was how very reliable it is and how it would save us so much money. Pump at low speed does not move enough water to keep pool clean. Tech left pool in service mode and told us that it had to stay there to run all the time. Controls do not work in service mode. Pump was leaking after install as well. When called to come out to address these issues that same day they told us that another service call charge would have to be billed at $175. We could not believe this. Called them back again and they told us if it was not a pump issue we would be billed. We have videos of the leaking pump. Once they came back out and verified that it was in fact the pump, they then told us that they have been having all kinds of issues with that pump and that we now have to call the pump manufacturer to come out and repair or replace that great pump they bragged was so good and sold us less than 30 days ago. The customer service and support in this case is terrible at best. We can't believe that they won't repair or replace this leaking pump. We will likely never shop at or use Leslie's again and highly recommend that you take this as a warning unless you like being misled and wasting time and money.

Leslies bought out Texson Pool Company

Leslies bought out Texson Pool Company. My experience has been total disaster. Main Pump went out in 02/23. Tech said they didn't have a standard pump and installed a Jacuzzied piece of junk. They programed it wrong. The instructions for the pump is clear as mud. Don't even tell how to adjust the time clock which was programed 4 hours off. It is July and can't get the chemicals adjusted. My pool is unusable. I've called numerous times. The latest was 7/21/23. the tech I spoke with said he would come out that afternoon and evaluate the problems, Changed his story. There was an appointment made for 7/22, no one showed up. Their company is very unprofessional and can't speak with management personnel. The people you talk with lie. Refer you to another Ph. # and they hang up on you. Now, they 've changed their name but still has the same logo. This is just the tip of the ice burg of the problems I've had with them.

Leslie's Pool Supplies is coming through for us!

We submitted a review (poor review) of Leslie's Pool Supplies in Quakertown, Pa. due to issues with a defective Hot Tub about 2 weeks ago. The company who makes the Hot Tub (Dreammaker) did not honor any warranty whatsoever - (Dreammaker) ignores the customers calls and emails to get help with repairs and then and then we were forced to make the repairs ourselves, they refused to pay, "saying we didn't contact them first". We tried for 5 weeks, and no one answered phone or returned calls or emails. When we reached out to Leslie's corporate, they said they'd help us and they did not initially help us. After much determination, we were finally given a good outcome. Today we received word that Leslie's will reimburse us for the money we spent to repair the Hot Tub. They are agreeing to honor the warranty that Dreammaker refused to honor. So, for now, we want to be sure to give a positive shout out to Leslie's for (finally) stepping up to handle this matter. It took much longer than it should have, but we respect that they are going to now help us. Right now, we still have to wait to receive the reimbursement, but we wanted to inform people of this. If you ever have a problem like this, go to the corporate side of Leslie's to get assistance. Overall, we are now satisfied with the outcome ( as long as the check still comes our way). I would like to give a shutout to two…

I would like to give a shutout to two employees of store #252 in Phoenix. Both manager David and Asst. Manager Nate give me the best customer service. I needed replacement parts for my Hayward sand filter and they order them for me and when the parts arrived I brought them to the store and Nate even put them together for me and carried the parts out to my car. I have been a customer at this store for many years and as I am 80 years old I really appreciate service like this.
