Lighting Ever Tracking Order Status

I purchased a black light online from this company, but they apparently didn't use the address that I provided and the item was eventually returned by the post office to the sender. And, now that I am trying to get this resolved I can reach no one in customer service. I can't comment on the quality of the product because I never received it. I'll never order from this company again and would not recommend it to anyone!

Pretty decent lights. Make sure first you TURN OFF your 5Ghz wi-fi. Your lights won't connect. Once off it discovers and installs them quickly and easily. So I'm pretty pleased with them

I’ve tried to get customer service on the line, but in the middle of the day a recording says “not able to take your call, good bye.” Multiple days and times. I cannot , for the life of me, AND two of my REALLY, REALLY smart, patient friends cannot get a light bulb to work!!! I bought 4 from Amazon …. Maybe I got a bad batch, But at this rate I’ll never know. And I’m so over this brand that I wrote a review. I actually wrote a review. DON’T BUY them! Lots if other great brands! -Mollie

Got a few of their light bulbs. Work perfectly. Integrate with alexa. Great price

Absolutely horrible product lifecycle and customer service. I bought a $200 led light which lasted 3 year. Similar products from other companies last 5-10 years. Their products are cheaply made Chinese junk. I would recommend others not to trust LE PRO products or buy their lights. If you buy their products, you will pay for poor quality products. I decided to purchase the replacement led light from another company for a better product and better warranty. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
