Leoptique Tracking Order Status

So the reviews here made me really skeptical of what I’d just gotten myself into after I made my purchase. (Yes, I should’ve looked before and I did, just not that closely. Lol) I found two pairs that I HAD. TO. HAVE. And a pair of safety fall backs - rectangular, black, a safe style. They were inexpensive so why not. I stalked my account so many times a day waiting for an update. I received my glasses after 15/16 total days. (I ordered over Memorial Day weekend and received them Monday.) Anyway, my leopard print, cat eyed sunglasses are phenomenal and so fabulous. I can see for the first time while driving in a long time. My safe regular glasses were perfect. My favorites - cat eye tortoise shells - look. FABULOUS. The lenses are a little weird for me; the prescription is right. I noticed in a previous review someone said when they walk it’s like they’re on a weird roller coaster, etc. I do get this a little bit with these, but *I* personally think it’s because the lenses are a different shape and I can still see out of my peripherals where the lenses are not. When I focus on a spot it’s not as bad, but it’s getting less noticeable which is why I think that is my issue. Anyway, overall I love, love, LOVE my glasses and would definitely order again. They have unique looks and ordering was so easy with my prescription card. They each came with a case and a nice cleaning cloth. Very happy.

It took longer than stated for my glasses to arrive, but I messaged them on Facebook and they were prompt in getting back to me and finally when I did receive my glasses they were perfect and too darn cute beings I played less than $30 shipping included in that price. Overall I'm very pleased and would consider using Leoptique in the future.

Personally, I think it is a very good shop to buy glasses that are suitable and affordable. I would recommend my friends to buy them.

Very pleased with the service from Leoptique. The online help person replied to my query instantly, making the ordering process easy. My glasses arrived within three weeks and were exactly as per the picture and were great quality. Have ordered my second pair and was advised of the extended delivery time due to the xmas hols. Excellent products, service and price. Happy customer!

I have ordered 3 pairs of glasses on 10/28/2019. Today is 12/21/2019 and no glasses yet. Almost 3 months!!!!! I have reached them 3 times and no response! $128.70 could have spent somewhere else. No customer service phone number on their website. Simply AWFUL!!!! -------------------- OK, my bad 2 months! But you must understand my frustrations. And thank you for responding to my review. I have searched my email box and junk box for your response but I could not find it. Can you send it to me again? You can send me a screenshot if you want. Thanks! --------------- Thank you but where can I see the store credit? Can I get a full refund instead? I need the glasses now.
