Lensweets Tracking Order Status

I've bought over a dozen contacts from Lensweets. I've never had an issue of not recieving my order nor any issues with quality.

The last time used this company, they had the correct size and contact. Other companies have tried to send me a close second color and even worse, send the wrong diameter. That .2 or .5 makes a Huge difference. I have been told it doesn’t matter. It’s what the majority wears. It should be ok. Don’t be fooled if you wear 14.5 the 14.2 are Way to big for your eye.

I love this company! I’ve never had one problem with the product or shipping. I usually get mine really quick within a week or so. The colors look awesome and are fun! I’ve been using them for years! I always get what I order and prices are great! Thank you Lens Sweets you’re doing an awesome job! I hope you continue to be in business for years to come! I need to reorder several pairs but the web site keeps telling me you’re closed. Please tell me you’re not going out of business? I miss you already! 😢

Customer service is amazing. I spoke with Alisa. She’s amazing. Alhamdulillah, great customer service and products for a fraction of the price you would pay anywhere else! The shipping seems to be quick as well. As I said, the customer service is unmatched. Alisa with customer service answered every question I had with care and compassion. Every company should thrive to have customer support as well as lensweets. Alisa is amazing. Shop with them. You won’t regret it.

I received my order very promptly but there was something wrong with the contacts so I contacted customer service and they made it right right Away. I love the contacts and would definitely order again!
