They never send order confirmation once the order is placed. When I ask them waiting for couple days, they say my order is never placed, and ended up locking my money for 30 days pending.

When my order finally arrived one of the dishes was broken inside its box and a candelabra was defected. I called the company and asked if I could get a discount on the candelabra since it was intended as a gift and I would not have enough time to order a new one. According to company policy it would not be possible but they offered me a "special circumstance deal" of 5% off which amounted to $3.00! What a joke! No offer of express shipping for a new item either. Disappointed in their lack of service and bad product quality!

I ordered 2 personalized ornaments. Company did not ship within time frame promised, and when I called to inquire as to status of order, service rep was less than useless. Though they failed to ship when indicated, I was told I could not cancel the order, as well I was informed they had no idea when they would ship the order. Never again!

I reached out to Lenox when my order still hadn't shipped after 20 business days when the max stated on the website would have been 12. I sent an email into customer service checking the status but received no response. I tried to reach out via their website chat (well within the stated hours on their website) and there was no one available. I tried again later and was able to get in touch with someone. They told me my order would be shipped within about 6 business days. This just about doubles the production time listed on the website, but as there is nothing I can do but wait, I accepted this. I was then told I would receive 20% off the order because of the delay which I appreciated. However, I was told that I would have to reach out to Lenox again to have this applied. This is frustrating as I feel I've already spent enough time trying to get in touch with Lenox about this and any decent customer service experience would include the rep tracking the progress of the order to apply the 20% themselves. Finally, I asked for some sort of email confirmation that I was promised 20% off, as I didn't want to have this conversation again with a different rep after spending so much time on this already and possibly be unable to get the 20% refund. I was told they could not do that. I told them it was a simple request; I really just needed an informal email from a Lenox email address confirming the conversation we had. The customer service rep disconnected from me while we were still in conversation. EDIT: I had to contact Lenox days later when my order shipped per the above. Again, no one available on live chat for several hours after the stated hours on the website. They finally connected me to someone who just disconnected after I asked for the 20% off. I waited again and finally got in touch with someone (tried calling at the same time but it was a massive wait with a very annoying and repetitive wait sound). I got in touch with them and they said they would apply 20% off but again said I would not receive confirmation of this and had to wait 7-10 business days to see the refund. I'm not understanding why this company can't send an email out. At this point I've spent hours upon hours trying to deal with a small amount refunded because of Lenox's failures and it was not worth it. My advice is to go elsewhere, none of this is worth it. Lenox is a tired, old company who no longer can keep up.

They make the best quality of porcelain dishes , figurines and the finish and design of each item I purchased till today is flawless and very sophisticated. I will recommend this company. 🤗
