Lenovo - not very good. Last year I purchased a replacement laptop and chose Lenovo as it “appeared” stylish and had good potential. When I started using it, it was sluggish and there was Vantage Performance Boost I had to purchase before it performed as it should. I felt this was an extra charge for it to do what I had paid for. Perhaps it doesn’t perform properly until you pay for this extra. I purchased the Vantage Performance Boost earlier this year for twelve months (about six months ago) and when it scans now, it keeps saying it will fix the faults it has detected if I take out a subscription (which I have already got but it won’t honour). It won’t let me use the subscription I have already paid for. If I don’t get what I have paid for, I shall scrap this device and shall never purchase this brand again.

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf das neue B2B Portal Lenovo Pro. Extrem günstige Angebote ... aber dafür Lieferzeiten die sich von Bestellung 2-3 Werktage nach einer Woche auf geschätzte 2 Monate erhöht haben. Gottseidank war es eine Testbestellung und nix für nen Kunden. Lässt vermuten das das Pro für Prokrastination und nicht für Professional steht 😀

Deux bonnes expériences avec le support technique de Lenovo. Une première fois, j'ai fait la mise à jour du Bios à partir de Lenovo Vantage, l'ordinateur a cessé de fonctionné. Il s'allumait avec un écran noir (même placé sous un écran externe). J'ai contacté Lenovo par mail, ils ont pris en charge cela (garantie simple). Aucun euros déboursé. A partir de leur site web, vous pouvez suivre l'évolution de la réparation. Malgré les lons délais annoncés, ils ont réparé l'ordinateur moins de deux jours après réception. La deuxième situation, c'est l'écran de l'ordinateur qui s'éteint d'un coup et plus rien. Quand je branche l'ordinateur à un écran externe, ça s'affiche. Problème d'écran donc, je les ai contacté et même procédure: réparation sans frais. Par contre, le service de livraison utilisé UPS, est très médiocre, ce qui peut rallonger les délais de récupération de votre ordinateur après réparation.

Muita paciência. - Numa segunda compra, encomendei um monitor e o prazo de entrega foi tão extenso que acabei por cancelar. Sugestão: procure um parceiro de confiança (ex. amazom.es) e adquira o seu produto.

I'm kind of shocked at all of the hate on this topic. I have had way more issues with HP laptops than Lenovo. In fact, over the last eight or nine years I have bought nothing but Lenovo laptops for myself and my kids and I have not had a single problem with any of them. Right now I have a Lenovo Yoga, which I have had for 2.5 years and this little thing is a true workhorse. I definitely put it throught its paces, and while once in a while it gets a little freaked out because I have two large monitors hooked up through HDMI, and about 50 tabs open in Chrome ... but 90% of the time it performs just fine under those conditions. I am quite pleased with the laptops I have bought from Lenovo.
